Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- For most items, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exception: If you’re returning a product from The Best Adirondack Chair Company within 10 days of delivery, we will cover the return shipping under their 100% Money Back Guarantee. Simply pack the item back in the original box and contact us to begin the process.
- Products from The Best Adirondack Chair Company returned after 10 days of delivery follow our standard 30-day policy and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exceptions to Returns
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special orders
- Stated exclusions (e.g., cup holders, select chair cushions, customized giant chairs)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
