Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $300 (before tax) within the continental USA. Shipping costs will be automatically removed at checkout for qualifying orders. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: We currently do not sell or ship items outside the continental United States.

Free Shipping Exception – Giant Adirondack Chairs

Please note that Giant Adirondack Chairs do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order total. These oversized items require special freight handling and must be shipped in a custom wooden crate, which is an additional required purchase.

This requirement is clearly indicated on each relevant product page.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and payment has been pre-authorized. We will then confirm item availability:

  • If the item is in stock, we’ll process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email.

Made-to-Order Items:

Products marked as “Made to Order” require a production lead time of 4–8 weeks before shipping. This timeline begins after your order is confirmed and payment is processed. Once production is complete, your order will ship via standard carrier and tracking details will be provided.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders are typically shipped within three (3) business days after your payment is processed. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to:

We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • For most items, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exception: If you’re returning a product from The Best Adirondack Chair Company within 10 days of delivery, we will cover the return shipping under their 100% Money Back Guarantee. Simply pack the item back in the original box and contact us to begin the process.
  • Products from The Best Adirondack Chair Company returned after 10 days of delivery follow our standard 30-day policy and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exceptions to Returns

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special orders
  • Stated exclusions (e.g., cup holders, select chair cushions, customized giant chairs). Exceptions are clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
